Adopted on January 12, 2024, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 13 “On the Circulation of Medicines” regulates relations arising in connection with the circulation of medicines related to socially significant products and being a specific product due to possible harm to human health and life, requiring special control of transportation, storage, production, manufacture, sale, destruction and disposal.
The Law creates a legal basis for the activities of the subjects of circulation of medicines, establishes uniform requirements for the circulation of medicines in the Kyrgyz Republic, including regulates relations arising in connection with the development of medicines, preclinical (non-clinical) and clinical studies (trials) of medicines, production, manufacture, assessment of their quality, efficacy, safety, sale of medicines and other actions in the field of their Treatment.
