In order to eliminate administrative barriers in the field of architectural and construction activities, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated May 10, 2024 No 240 approved the Regulation on the procedure for issuing documents for the design, construction and other changes to real estate and assessing the compliance of commissioned completed facilities in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Regulation was developed in order to regulate the processes of issuing documents for the design and construction of facilities and regulates the procedure and procedures for issuing permits for design, construction and other changes to real estate in the process of preparing and issuing an urban planning opinion with an approved project; examination of design documentation and conformity assessment of the completed facility being put into operation.
