Zhamalidin kyzy Sezim

Sezim is an early-career lawyer with experience in corporate law, banking law, energy and natural resources, real estate, and public-private partnerships (PPP). Sezim holds a Master of Laws degree and has over two years of experience working in an international corporation. 

Sezim specializes in contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and legal support for investment projects. Currently, she is actively involved in renewable energy projects in Kyrgyzstan, including projects implemented under PPP frameworks. Sezim advises banks on corporate regulations and also provides legal support on labor law matters, including employment arrangements and compliance with labor regulations.
