According to the amendments made by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic dated November 11, 2024 No 176 to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Tariffs of Insurance Premiums for State Social Insurance”, the Directorate of the Hi-Tech Park, as well as persons registered as residents of the Hi-Tech Park, from the moment of state registration as a resident of the Hi-Tech Park, are indefinitely exempt from paying insurance premiums in full on the same types of payments in favor of employees, hired for permanent or temporary work, work under an agreement or contract, agreement, as well as for the performance of one-time work/services. Corresponding changes have also been made to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Hi-Tech Park of the Kyrgyz Republic”.
