Aidar has extensive experience working with global payments and technology companies, multinational financial services corporations and operators of international money remittance systems. Aidar advised large pharmaceutical companies on importation, registration as well as advertising and promotion of medicines and medical equipment.
Aidar participated in high profile arbitration cases under UNCITRAL arbitration rules and ICC emergency proceedings. He also has vast experience in legal drafting advising a working group on national legislation amendments enhancing legal regulatory environment. Aidar is an active arbitrator at the International Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. He holds a membership in Young ICCA and ICDR Young and International.
