In order to implement the provisions of the Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Circulation of Medical Devices” and “On the Circulation of Medicines”, the Procedure for Ensuring the Traceability of Medicines and Medical Devices was approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated October 7, 2024 No 604.
The Procedure defines the requirements for the process of traceability of medicines and medical devices produced, imported and sold in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, for participants in the circulation of medicines and medical devices, the procedure for registration of participants in the circulation in the information system “Electronic Database of Medicines and Medical Devices” and information exchange of participants in the circulation, the procedure for providing digital labeling codes to participants in the circulation in the Information System, requirements for the application of the digital labeling code on medicines and medical devices subject to traceability, the procedure for providing information in the Information System on the introduction of medicines and medical devices in circulation and withdrawal from circulation, and making changes thereto.
