In order to develop digital technologies in the healthcare sector of the Kyrgyz Republic and in accordance with the Concept of Digital Transformation of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2024-2028, the Regulation on the Unified Medical Information System in the Field of Health and the Regulation on the Unified Digital Health Ecosystem of the Kyrgyz Republic were approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated October 24, 2024 No 640.
The Technical Operator of the Unified Medical Information System in the Field of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Unified Digital Health Ecosystem of the Kyrgyz Republic is the Center for E-Health under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It has been established that digital documents contained in the unified medical information system have legal force, services from the unified medical information system in the field of healthcare of the Kyrgyz Republic are provided free of charge.
